MyCustPort provides a client portal solution that allows service providers to share information with their clients. The Service connects to third-party data sources and displays this information in a client-friendly format.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By providing content to the Service, you grant MyCustPort a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Airtable or Google Sheets). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service. MyCustPort is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MyCustPort expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyCustPort is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
